Hyun Bin
Hyun Bin also known as Hyeon Bin or Kim Tae Pyung (September 25, 1982) is a South Korean actor who starring in numerous Korean dramas and movies. He made his first television breakthrough in the hit drama My Name is Kim Sam Soon as Cyrus (Hyun Jin-heon) in 2005 which he won the prestigious MBC Top Excellence Drama Awards. In 2008, he bagged the lead role in the drama The World They Live In opposite Song Hye Kyo.

Between 2009 to 2010, he was cast in the movie Late Autumn which was filmed in Seattle, Washington, USA. He recently portrayed the role of Owen (Kim Joo Won) along side Ha Ji Won as his leading lady in the SBS drama Secret Garden in 2010.

He’d first gotten his fans excited for his long-awaited comeback with the recent announcement that he would be returning to television by the end of the year. Cast opposite Song Hye Gyo in November’s KBS miniseries The World They Live In, it would be his return after a rather quiet three years (yeah, he did act in Snow Queen following Samsoon, but that drama met with lukewarm — if that — reception).

I’m Happy will be directed by Yoon Jong-chan of 2001′s mystery-horror film Goosebumps [소름] and 2005′s Blue Swallow [청연], and co-stars Lee Bo Young (so, not exactly strong on the acting front then).
